The main street office of Worcester Tornados, a local baseball team, was held and changed locks by Cola Locksmith Co. in the order of Constable Alan R. Jeskey. The baseball franchises were notified in paperwork by Jeskey, stating that all properties are on hold while decisions from courts are still not out.

The unfortunate incident was due to the lawsuit that the local team was in, where significant amount of debts are involved. Specifically, $60,000 to the police and fire details, $50,000 to the Holy Cross that includes utilities, maintenance and Hanover Insurance Park usage and $5,000 for the dorms of the players.
Jorg Bassiacos, the VP and other personnel were noted down for bringing out their personal items through the backdoor but now, none of the other employees can do the same as both of the doors, front and back, were changed locks. Even team merchandise, jerseys, hats, and shot glasses were left behind.
Complaints came about from Nick Gagalis, the director of broadcasting and marketing manager of the Tornadoes, but have also stated that they were aware of the action to be done.
