Locksmith fraud is an extremely difficult problem for us. Our accurate over-the-phone price quotes are undercut by the fraudulent companies so that they get the business. In the end, the consumer would have saved hundreds by using a legitimate company, but because of the initially low quote by the fraudulent companies, they don't realize it until it's too late.
